Fachtna O’Driscoll, the founder of the firm, was previously a Senior Partner in a major Cork city firm for over 30 years. He engaged in general practice for many years before specialising in litigation and dispute resolution. He has wide experience in all aspects of litigation, dealing with both Personal Injuries and Commercial Litigation. In these areas he represents Plaintiffs, Defendants, Insurers and self–insured Clients on a regular basis.
Through his involvement with private and commercial clients, he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law, advising and representing both employers and employees at all levels. Likewise, he has a special interest and expertise in Family Law matters advising and representing clients in negotiations and in the Circuit and High Courts.
Fachtna graduated from University College Cork with a B.C.L. degree in 1967 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1969.
