Repetitive strain injury

Fachtna O’Driscoll solicitors acted for a client who experienced back pain outside the workplace but which we argued was caused by repetitive unsafe work practices over an extensive period of time. Liability and causation were contested and Fachtna O’Driscoll solicitors arranged for an Engineering inspection, an Ergonomic Assessment and medical records and reports were procured and a six figure settlement was achieved for our client without her giving evidence.
