Fachtna O’Driscoll solicitors acted for a client who injured her knee on a defective footpath. There were multiple potential Defendant’s none of whom were taking responsibility for the location of the accident. The claim was released from the Injuries Board and court proceedings were issued. An Engineering inspection was arranged and after having to join more parties to the proceedings the claim was successfully settled without our client having to attend court to give evidence.
