Injuries to back, wrist & arm

Fachtna O’Driscoll solicitors acted for a client who had three accidents during the course of his employment. Our client suffered injuries to his back, his wrist and his arm. Claims were submitted to the Injuries Board but the Defendant’s did not permit the claims to proceed with the Board and it was necessary to issue two sets of proceedings. Liability was contested and Engineering inspections were arranged and we successfully settled all three accidents without our client attending court to give evidence.
