Fachtna O’Driscoll solicitors acted for a client who injured his back in a road traffic accident. The client had a back injury previously and so the road traffic accident resulted in an exacerbation of back pain and it was necessary to obtain all medical records to thoroughly investigate the level of compensation. The claim was released from the Injuries Board and after the issue of court proceedings the claim was successfully settled without our client having to attend court to give evidence.
