Back injury carrying heavy goods.

Fachtna O’Driscoll solicitors acted for a client who injured his back while carrying heavy goods during the course of his employment. The Injuries Board assessed the claim and on the advice of Fachtna O’Driscoll solicitors the assessment was rejected and proceedings were issued. A much higher settlement was negotiated after the issue of proceedings and without our client having to give evidence.
