Invoices not paid

Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors Cork acted for a client who had provided professional services and issued a number of invoices which remained unpaid.  We issued warning letters to the debtor and due to non-payment we had to issue Court proceedings following which our clients invoice was paid in full.
