Ear Injury Following Explosion

Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors acted for a client who suffered an ear injury  following the explosion of a gas cannister in a premises.  Liability was contested by the defendant.  An engineering inspection was arranged following which liability was still contested but we secured a settlement in which our client was fully compensated for her injuries and without her having to attend Court to give evidence.
