Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors acted for a client who fell on a footpath which was in very poor condition and injured her wrist and back. We settled this claim for our client without her having to go to Court. Our client also injured her chest and right lower leg and was out of work for a period at a time but was able to claim back her lost earnings and obtain compensation for her personal injuries.
