Fachtna O Driscoll Solicitors acted for a passenger in a vehicle which was struck by another vehicle which failed to remain at the scene. It was necessary to involve the MIBI as the driver of the other vehicle did not have valid insurance. Our client suffered injuries to her neck and back and the claim was settled without it having to be assessed by the Injuries Board.
