Fachtna O Driscoll Solicitors settled a medical negligence case for our client whose injuries were exacerbated as a result of attending for Physiotherapy. Our client had a long-standing back injury and had undergone various interventions and we secured a successful settlement for the exacerbation of his injuries due to negligence. Liability was fully in issue in the case.
