Fachtna O Driscoll Solicitors mediated two settlements for a husband and wife who were employed in a large company and had brought claims to the Workplace Relations Commission for discrimination, breach of the terms and conditions of employment and unfair dismissal. The cases were successfully settled without the need for an adjudication.
