Fachtna O Driscoll Solicitors settled a claim for a client who was the driver of a car which was rear ended by another vehicle resulting in her suffering headaches and injuries to her right shoulder and right side of her neck as well as her upper back. The claim settled prior to the Injuries Board making an assessment.
