Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors represented a client who was a passenger in a vehicle which was struck by another vehicle which resulted in an injury to our client’s knee. We did not consider the Personal Injuries Board assessment of the injury to be adequate in this case and therefore we issued proceedings and pursued the claim further. This resulted in a much better settlement for our client.
