Fachtna O’Driscoll Solicitors represented a client who was a passenger in a vehicle which was rear ended, as a result of which he suffered injuries to his neck and back. Whilst liability for the accident was admitted, the extent of the injuries was disputed. Despite this, our solicitors secured a settlement for our client without court proceedings having to be issued.
