Local Authority contests liability

Fachtna O Driscoll Solicitors Cork brought a claim for personal injuries for a man who was caused to slip and fall in a large pothole resulting in an injury to his wrist. Liability was contested and so the Local Authority declined to have the personal injuries claim assessed by the Injuries Board. It was necessary to get an engineers report and initiate court proceedings against the local authority.
